Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions.
1 – Payment
Pay in Full
If you choose to pay your course fees in one full payment, you can do that by credit card when submitting your form or by bank transfer to the account details you will find in the invoice we will send you. Please note, full payment must be made up to 30 days before the start of your course.
An exception to this rule applies when signing up closer to the start of the course. Then full payment must be made within 24 hours from submitting your registration form.
Pay in Payments
Payment plan – we offer four fortnightly payments.
The invoices will be emailed to you. Your final invoice must be paid before the start of the course.
2 – Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you must inform us by email to be eligible for a refund – [email protected]

The $500 registration fee to secure your spot is non-refundable

If you cancel your registration 30 or more days before the start of the course, you are entitled to a full refund of your course fee, or of the total money you have paid so far (excluding the $500 registration fee)

If you cancel your registration between 30-20 days before the start of your course, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the course fee, or of the total money you have paid so far (excluding the $500 registration fee)

Refund will be processed within 30 working days.

There is no refund if you cancel your registration less than 20 days before the start of your course. We will offer you the option of a course credit to transfer your registration to an alternative course with us. This credit will be valid for 12 months. We won’t be held responsible if the dates or locations of alternative courses aren’t convenient for you but we will do our best to make it work.

There is no refund for no-shows or if you haven’t informed us of your cancellation by email.

If, in the days leading up to your course, you experience symptoms of flu, COVID-19, or any other contagious illness, you must notify us prior to arrival so we can discuss and find the best resolution to ensure your wellness and the wellness of others.

If you become unwell during the course and develop symptoms of flu, COVID-19, or any other contagious illness, your continued participation will be reviewed and discussed with you to find the best solution.

If from personal reasons, you don’t find our training program to your liking and leave the course, you are not entitled to any Refund
3 – Accommodation
The course take place in a beautiful venue with sauna / spa and great facilities.
We are pleased to offer you accommodation on site at no additional cost. The accommodation is provided in shared rooms. If you are not satisfied with the arrangements, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative accommodation.
It is not compulsory to stay at the venue during the course duration and its mostly for participants that travel from afar.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Off-street parking, a washing machine and dryer, and other facilities are generally available, but their availability cannot be guaranteed.
You will be expected to keep the venue clean and tidy at all times. You must also respect the house rules, including keeping the communal areas quiet after a certain hour. Please avoid disrespectful communication and be considerate of other participants and course facilitators.
If you are unable to adhere to these rules, you will be asked to find alternative accommodation.
The use or consumption of alcohol or drugs on the course property and during training hours is strictly prohibited.
At the end of the course, all participants will take part in thorough cleaning and will ensure that the venue is left clean and tidy as they received it before departing.
4 – Dinners
Dinner is provided by a chef and will be freshly made from organic plant based ingredients. Dinners are served at 5pm within the course hours to provide all participants.
Please inform us by email regarding any allergy or nutritional requirements.
5 – General Rules
- You must tell us about any medical condition you are suffering from or have suffered from in the past including mental conditions so we can support you better. The information will be treated with complete confidentiality. You can either detail on your registration form or get in touch via email or phone call.
- There is a friendly dog on site. Please inform us if you have any allergies or if it bothers you.
- Students who display disrespectful behaviour towards other participants or course tutors may be asked to leave the course and will not be eligible for a refund.
6 – Gaining Your Certificate
- In order to gain your certificate, you must attend a minimum of 90% of the training lessons.
Please note that if your personal circumstances require it, you can complete some of the lessons via zoom or attend the missing block / days in the following year. To gain your certificate your payment must be completed before graduation.
7 – Photography and social media
We love capturing the magic of our workshops and retreats through photos and videos to share with our community and on social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let us know in advance, and we completely respect your privacy with absolutely no discrimination.
